About the Artist Tippy Mueller: TTippy and her husband, Vince Mueller, have been team-teaching jewelry classes since 1991. They are both certified in Silversmithing. A published jewelry designer, Tippy taught over 60 techniques in stores, colleges, on cruise ships, and at retreats. Our wire-wrapping classes are tailored to every student.
