Charlene Foster

Charlene (Char) Foster was born in Spokane, Washington. She grew up in Western Washington until her father, who was in the Air Force, was transferred to Phoenix, AZ., in 1968, where she went to high school. She and her husband decided to retire in the White Mountains.

Char was interested in art in one fashion or another, always dabbling. Her passions are photography, beaded jewelry design, and glass fusing.
